TT Neutrons 0.5-10 MeV
For a 0.5 – 10 MeV Neutron Generator:

1T3 + 1T3 -->2He4 + 2n (with a near uniform spread of neutron energy from ~ 0.5 to ~10.0 MeV)
Total neutron yield is expected to be 2-4 times that of the equivalent DD neutron generator. To be confirmed soon.
If 14 MeV neutrons are problematic for your application (too much background, expensive shielding) and 2.5 MeV is not enough neutron energy then consider a TT neutron generator.
Industrial TT Model
- ~ 1x108 n/s with an electrode of at least 125mm
- Longer line source neutron emission zones are feasible
- Continuous DC
- Pulsed Neutron emission mode up to 10 kHz --user commanded
- Pulse duration of 2-20 micro µ second pulse duration -- user commanded
- Maximum duty cycle on time 2%
- Fixed Voltage
- Variable current per pulse -- user commanded
- High stability and repeatability
- All models include the specification of long lifetime of at least 25,000 hours of operation.

For more neutron flux, consider a multi-head configuration.
